Apple - App Privacy

• In the application, go to General > App Privacy.

• Click Get Started.

  

  In the Data Collection window, click Yes, and then Next.

  

  In the Contact Info section, select all the options except Other User Contact Info.

  

Select User Content and select Audio Data

Select Purchases

Select Usage Data - Select Product interaction , Advertising Data. Other usage Data

Under the Diagnostics - Select Crash Data, Performance Data

Other Data

Result on the contact info the Name section will be with the bullet point used for app functionality
